75 Hard Challenge Completed ✅👀 What a challenge that was 2x workouts for 75 days was a tough challenge but we did it! So grateful and thankful for where my health is today! It’s been a long journey but I’m happy to say I am 100% again! This is just the beginning! Huge congratulations to my brother @lorenzo_loti for getting it done as well what an effort man proud of you my brother ! Proud of us! We traveled out of nz also to Auckland and Wellington a few times! but we never made excuses we got it done! We will be running this back next year where will be more disciplined with the diet! Also next year I will be sober for the whole of 2023! Set yourself some goals Fam and work towards them! Life is short make the most of it! Nothing but love n light to everyone out there! Week 1 : done and dusted 😤✅ Very overwhelming start to the week working in a totally new environment. Coming from Construction and hard labour/ truck driving I have trained myself to work hard and always be on the go! So it has been a huge change in pace but one that was really needed. I will learn to slow down and be more relaxed and calm. Although it is not as labour or physically hard as my previous jobs it’s a whole different mental game. I’m all on this new season that the good lord has blessed me with. I will continue to trust in him and do my absolute best to do the best I can and be the best I can. Sometimes we all need someone to talk or just someone to be around to help us through tough times. Life is always going to throw things at us that we feel like we can’t overcome but just know that we can! We may need help along the way and that’s fine. You don’t have to struggle alone or In silence . I am no professional and am still learning myself but I definitely recommend it to everyone that is stressed, anxious, going through tough times to just find a nice quiet place anywhere and just turn your mind off. Today was my last day in the construction industry as I transition into my new role I will be starting next month at Tui Ora as a Mental Health Support worker.
